​Harta offers worldwide shipping! All orders are shipped using an express courier service. All parcels are covered by insurance. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. Allow 3 - 12 business days depending on the location. (however due to COVID it may take longer.) We do our best to ensure timely delivery. Once parcels are transferred to the express courier service, Harta is not responsible for delays, damages or lost items.

SHIPPING COST

International customs charges
 

Parcels may incur customs fees, import duties, taxes or other charges based on the laws and regulations of the destination country. All such charges are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Orders cannot be returned to the sender. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the abandonment of your package. Harta cannot be held responsible for any resulting loss or damage. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Harta is not responsible for incorrect shipping details. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@harta.com.au. Delivery address cannot be changed or cancelled once an order is dispatched.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

 

All Harta garments are made to order especially for you. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

FAULTY GOODS

 

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, please email us at info@harta.com.au within 5 days of receiving your garment. You will need to provide images, a description of the defect and proof of purchase. Our specialist will assess the information and contact you directly with a solution to resolve any issues.
